Perkasie Council authorizes public hearing to remove three construction code chapters
Council voted unanimously to authorize the Borough Solicitor to advertise a public hearing on an ordinance that would delete Chapters 70 (Building Construction), 132 (Plumbing) and 133 (Mechanical) from the Borough Code Book; a public hearing will be scheduled before any final action.

At its April 21 meeting, Perkasie Borough Council unanimously approved a motion authorizing the Borough Solicitor to advertise a public hearing on a proposed ordinance that would delete Chapter 70 (Building Construction), Chapter 132 (Plumbing) and Chapter 133 (Mechanical Code) from the Borough Code Book.
