Public commenter questions APRA request handling and redevelopment commission removals

Dan Caruso of New Carlisle used the public-comment period to ask whether outstanding APRA requests (up to two months old) were being addressed and to question the process around removal of redevelopment commission members Jason Critchlow and Tom Greipel, noting a vacancy that is a County Council appointment. "I was surprised to learn that you're the executive branch, and you have the authority to remove people from particularly the redevelopment commission... which is what happened with Jason Critchlow and Tom Greipel," Caruso said, and he asked if there was a schedule for filling the vacancy.
