During routine staff reports the board addressed several administrative matters. Clerk Kristina Duran reported the new time clock would cost a one-time fee of $500 to Caselle plus $32 per month; the board voted unanimously to keep the existing system rather than adopt the new vendor. Trustees also approved the request to pay bills by motion of Trustee Geoffery Broughton.
