Board approves Bay View Development Second Addition plat
Lincoln County commissioners approved the Bay View Development Second Addition plat after Planning and Zoning sign-off; the motion passed unanimously by roll call.

Vice Board Chair Corey Sik called the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to order at 9:00 a.m. on May 19, 2026 in Ivanhoe. John Engels of Engels & Larsen PLLC presented the Bay View Development Second Addition plat and noted that Planning and Zoning had already approved the plat and all required signatures were obtained. Motion by Dean Nielsen, seconded by Joe Drietz, approved the plat by roll call vote with all four commissioners voting "Yea."
