Commissioner Josh Rogers placed a resolution on the June 16 Voting Session agenda to rezone property at 4152 Spring Place Road (tax map 081 parcel 016.07) from Forestry/Agricultural/Residential (FAR) to General Commercial (C-2). The matter was introduced at the June 9 work session and will appear on the full commission’s June 16 agenda for public hearing and a vote.
