At the April 7 meeting Zoning & Ordinance Officer Malory Matje presented the March zoning report and recorded approvals for several property permits. The minutes list: Dave Werner — 215 Happy Hill, shed to enclose a spa (approved); Josh Snyder — 44 Allegheny Woods, storage shed (approved); Robert Nealon — 472 Allegheny Ave, deck and new front porch (approved). A permit application for Jon Allocca — 751 Laporte Ave to build a second house on the property was returned as incomplete.
