The Smith County Commissioners met Oct. 7, 2024, and approved the Sept. 30 meeting minutes (as amended), the Oct. 7 agenda and payroll #21 totaling $137,524.52. Commissioner Jim Gwennap made the motions and Commissioner Dale Pickel seconded the votes on the routine items; the board carried them unanimously.
