The Chelsea School District Board of Education approved revised site work improvements for the WSEC totaling $628,231 at its Aug. 17 regular meeting. Superintendent Kapolka recommended the project and said funding will come from a combination of the district's 2009 and 2019 bond funds and the sinking fund.
