The Broome County Administration Committee approved Resolution #9 on Nov. 13, 2025, authorizing an agreement with Trapeze Software Group Inc. as a sole-source provider for professional software and maintenance services for the Department of Public Transportation for the 2025–2029 period. The minutes record the action as: "RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH TRAPEZE SOFTWARE GROUP INC. FOR SOLE SOURCE PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION 2025-2029." The resolution was carried: "Carried. Ayes-4, Nays-0, Absent-1 (Micha)."
