At its June 9 meeting, the Nassau County Development Review Committee provided technical comments to a commercial pre-application in the Wildlight district, focusing on site layout and code compliance. Planning staff noted the project sits within the Employment Center DSAP/Market Street preliminary development plan and told the team to verify that key dimensional and design standards were met.
