Codes Administrator Arthur Kelly told Council that the department issued 76 warnings and notices of violation during October 2025, completed three inspections, and filed seven citations. Notable enforcement matters included a warning for an unauthorized mobile-mechanic operation on Woodvale Avenue and an ongoing investigation of a tent erected behind 2600 Perkiomen Avenue.
