The borough's road improvement project reached substantial completion with paving of Endlich and Oak Terrace, engineer A. Ty Leinneweber told council on Nov. 25. The borough has contacted contractor Allan Myers to address outstanding cleanup issues, and a final inspection is planned for the following week.
