Board hears update: monthly alcohol permits until yearlong request in January
Staff told the board the arts facilities must obtain Board of Public Works permission to sell alcohol and, while staff currently applies monthly, they expect to request a yearlong permit in January once processes are refined.

A board member asked about the status of alcohol permitting for events and staff explained the facility's location in the Adora District requires permission from the Board of Public Works to sell alcohol. "we have to get permission from, in our case, the Board of Public Works to be able to sell alcohol," the staff member said.
