BOCC approves consolidated county deed to support Palmdale post placement
To satisfy a U.S. Postal Service request, Glades County approved creating a single deed describing three county‑owned blocks where the Palmdale Community Center and park sit; the board authorized execution and recording of the consolidated deed, 5–0.

County Attorney Richard Pringle explained that Glades County acquired three adjacent blocks in Palmdale at different times and by different conveyances. To meet a U.S. Postal Service requirement for a clear recorded description to site a postal facility at the Palmdale Community Center, Pringle prepared a single county deed describing all three blocks and recommended recording it.
