Exhibit F in the BOCC packet contains a proposed First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with C.A.P. Governmental, Inc. The amendment — dated Oct. 15, 2025 in the exhibit — would extend the term of the building‑department, inspection, plan‑review and code‑enforcement services agreement for an additional year (effective Oct. 1, 2025 to Sept. 30, 2026) and incorporate a new rate schedule drawn from a City of Lake Worth Beach piggyback contract.
