The board reviewed a rezoning application from the Busick Living Trust seeking to change two parcels from Agricultural-Residential to Business. Zoning administrator Bridal Bergloff summarized the planning commission's prior denial and the reasons: adjacent residential housing, location on a township road rather than a state highway, and that nearby properties zoned business were not operating as businesses.
