The board considered and approved the purchasing division report presented by Purchasing Manager Tracy Gorman. The report asked the board to: approve contract awards for SOQ264931 (specialty legal services, to 19 vendors) and IFB266031 (residential refuse collection, to two vendors); approve a contract amendment to RFP254230 for indigent cremation services; authorize two competition-impracticable amendments over $100,000 under procurement code PC-1-502; and approve three cooperative purchase requisitions over $250,000.
