The bargaining group discussed two related staffing-pay topics: callback pay for officers called back to duty and staffing for planned special events. Committee member (speaker 7) and others argued cancelled callbacks should still pay at the regular rate because officers often leave home and begin travel before cancellations. "That it's for the when you get called back to, just change that from callback pay to the to change it to regular rate of pay," Committee member (speaker 7) said.
