Council hears Pennoni mapping errors on Sycamore water project; Tichy Drive work continuing
Borough Manager Thomas Day reported errors by engineering firm Pennoni that mislocated recorded water lines on Sycamore, complicating the ongoing replacement project. Borough Manager Thomas Day told council that the engineering firm Pennoni “made errors in the water lines being properly substantiated and should have found that they were not even close to where they were established,” a problem that has complicated water-line replacement work on Sycamore Street.
