Staff brought a request to the board to clarify the status of a prior action on the Marley Run Recreation Area buffer. County Administrator Linda Turner explained staff had received inquiries and sought an on-the-record clarification that the prior motion did not change the resolution and that Resolution 3-92 remains in effect without amendments.
