Lister Doug Poulter told the Board that NEMRC had erroneously attributed a house to a vacant Twin Farms Road parcel, requiring an Errors & Omissions correction. As recorded in the minutes, "Liberti's reassessment changed from $193,900 to $1,759,800." Poulter and Wallace approved the correction and the Board voted unanimously to sign the E&O.
