Board accepts new Chevy 2500HD; votes to sell 2008 Chevy 1500 by sealed bid
The conservation board reported the new Chevy 2500HD pickup has been acquired and will receive a plow; the board approved selling the 2008 Chevy 1500 by sealed bid at its Aug. 4 meeting.

Director Tyron Steere told the board that the new Chevy 2500HD truck was picked up and that plow equipment will be installed at the end of August. With the new vehicle in service, the board discussed options for disposing of the 2008 Chevy 1500 and voted to sell the older truck via sealed bid; the motion to sell by sealed bid was moved by Max Gisleson, seconded by Bill Dow, and carried.
