General Manager Nick Larson updated the board on the company’s backflow prevention program, reporting the results of a targeted audit of commercial accounts. "Of those 22, they've been added to our backflow program and they're gonna get into our system now to have those regular inspections done and certifications done," Larson said. He said the audit began after staff lacked records for a number of commercial accounts and found 67 accounts of interest; 22 had devices that were not previously recorded and 18 of the remaining accounts will likely need to install backflow devices.
