The committee approved SMP 13‑26, a contract with the Conservation Foundation to provide professional education services from Oct. 1, 2026, through Sept. 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $77,000. The motion was moved by Member Henderlong and seconded by Member Evans; the vote carried.
