The planning commission voted to recommend that the town council adopt Resolution R202613 to declare uncured defaults under the Gooseberry Springs Ranch master development agreement and terminate the agreement. The motion was moved and seconded and commissioners voted "Aye." The recommendation will be presented to the town council.
