Audit Office reports progress on FY2026 plan; payroll audit delayed
County Auditor Chrystal Brooks told the Audit Advisory Board that eight FY2026 audits are complete, three are in progress and two are in planning. The Payroll Controls audit was pushed to March because of a new payroll system; an HCPS NSBA travel investigation was added to the plan.
