Construction proceeds despite drainage and soil issues; Delphi Construction leading build
The club said contractor Delphi Construction is building the teen center; crews found drainage and unsuitable soils requiring unplanned work and costs, but the foundation is in and framing is up.

Jim Kiley said the club signed a contract with Delphi Construction in January, broke ground in March and held an April ceremonial groundbreaking. "The people who are building that over there are great people," he said, adding the office is local to Mashpee.
