Board adopts amended deferred compensation plan to add Roth catch-up and withdrawal options
The Board approved a Resolution adopting an amended and restated Deferred Compensation Plan (457(b)) to incorporate Roth catch-up contributions and new in-service withdrawal options; approval was unanimous, 4-0.

The Administrative Committee presented a recommended amendment and restatement of the District's 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan. Ms. Ross said the revisions were primarily to incorporate Roth catch-up contributions previously approved by the Board and to add several in-service withdrawal options for hardship circumstances.
