Chairman Autum Jones told the committee that County Board Rules adopted in December 2024 allow agenda materials to be delivered electronically and that, if members have verified electronic receipt, no additional printed mailing is required. Jones said a board member who prefers a paper packet should request it from the Clerk's office.
