The superintendent presented a district five‑year strategic plan developed after a DESE district review and extensive stakeholder input, and said the plan was unanimously approved by the school committee in June. She described the plan as "the story of where we go together" and emphasized it is intended to be implemented, not filed away: "This plan is not a document that's gonna sit on the shelf."
