Lexington County zoning staff presented a variance request for 112 Durango Drive asking a reduction from the 30‑foot right‑of‑way setback to approximately 26 feet after a concrete slab was poured outside the required setback. Staff said the encroachment resulted from field staking that was not verified during construction and that correcting it would require substantial cost to remove and replace the slab.
