Town Manager Gillian Laycock presented a bid from Mesa Fab Shop to fabricate and install an awning at 250 Main Ave. as part of a grant-funded façade improvement project. Laycock said the grant required a 50% match and that the Town used its purchase of 250 Main to meet the match. Trustee Jared Jefferson moved to approve the Mesa Fab Shop bid and the motion passed 5-0.
