The council approved Resolution 2026‑85 to amend and extend the Broadstone Ranch pre‑annexation development agreement (PADA). Staff explained the PADA history—original 2007 execution and prior amendments addressing exhibits, perimeter improvements and term extensions—and said the owner seeks to extend the agreement to Dec. 31, 2031 to continue coordination on water and wastewater infrastructure, fire service and reimbursement mechanisms.
