During the Feb. 24 meeting council moved through a series of second-reading ordinances and resolutions. The council approved an extension of the moratorium on adult cannabis cultivation, processing and retail within the village (referred to as Ordinance 05-20-25) and approved resolutions authorizing sale of village property and updating personnel positions including creation of a communications-manager position and retitling an accounting clerk to financial analyst.
