Commissioners approved a three-year digital-library agreement with LexisNexis for the Ellis County Law Library totaling $59,961 (Year 1: $19,002.02; Year 2: $19,009.70; Year 3: $20,007.89). Director of Purchasing EJ Harbin explained the contract adds digital services to supplement the existing standard service and that staff recommended approval.
