Council members on April 21 supported a plan to hire up to three advisers to help with an agreed-upon procedures audit of the Redevelopment Agency (RDA) and to compile institutional records. Council member David LeRae said the advisers would support the auditor, gather records, and help the city understand the RDA's financial and contractual history.
