Comal ISD staff presented the district’s Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) five-year plan focused on improving academic, behavioral and social-emotional outcomes. Mandi Chapman and Michele Martella said the plan provides a structured prevention-and-intervention framework and highlighted pilot academic interventions at Specht and Mountain Valley Elementary Schools.
