County Attorney Nick Marsh read a summary ordinance creating or clarifying provisions for the Ethics Commission and the court accepted the first reading. Attorney Marsh told the court it had received a petition to remove two Ethics Commission members, named in the petition as Terry Cauley and Gwen Abbott.
