During the approvals portion of the agenda the committee considered Tab B (SP26-001 — Wildlife Parcel 145 Phase 1B modification) and Tab C (SP26-002 — Wildlife Parcel 145 Phase 1C modification). Multiple departments, including the Building and Planning departments and Development Services, stated they had "no further comment" on each tab.
