Environmental Services staff presented a request from Towers LLC on behalf of landowner Don Stadler for a conditional-use permit to place a communication tower in Section 32 of Walcott Township. Planning staff recommended approval "with 8 conditions," the presenter said, and commissioners moved to accept the recommendation.
