Peggy introduced Taylor Donnelly to the board and described his early work on audits and month‑end processes. "Taylor Donnelly...He started in November. He jumped in head 1st into audit the week after you started," Peggy said, introducing Taylor as a go‑to person for finance questions. Taylor told commissioners he has about six years of private accounting experience and said he is happy to be a resource for departments.
