Engineer: storm-sewer preconstruction complete; sanitary work slated for mid-July

Chris Kraft, the borough engineer, reported that the storm-sewer preconstruction meeting has been held and that construction work is "anticipated to start the week of the 19th." He told council that the Pennsylvania Sewer Authority is scheduled to be on-site in mid-July and that some sewer work may occur over a weekend to minimize disruption.
