Centre County hires MCM Consulting for first Commodity Flow Study since 2012
The Centre County SARA-LEPC approved a contract with MCM Consulting Group to produce a Commodity Flow Study—its first since 2012—intended to map hazardous materials moved by road, rail and pipeline and improve first-responder planning; staff expect completion by end of September.
