Trustee Rick Sowell moved to approve a contract amendment with DPS to lease the old administration building for a 60-month period from Dec. 10, 2025, through Dec. 9, 2030, at $1,000 per month; Trustee Sammy Ruiz seconded the motion and the board voted 6-0 to approve it with Trustee Lee Benham absent.
