James Cook reviewed Lakeside’s request to reduce inspection services because site work has paused. Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan told the Council that the Town sets the required level of inspections and that, given the pause, part‑time inspections are acceptable so long as GMB receives one week’s notice before any work requiring inspection.
