Council updates: code-violation notices, water-project progress and proposed walking path
Council reviewed several ongoing Notices and Orders to Correct at named properties, heard that Notices of Infraction responses were mailed June 16, 2026 for two cases, and was told TIB will review a proposed walking path from South Cle Elum to Cle Elum later this fall.

Council reviewed several ongoing code-enforcement matters: a Notice and Order to Correct to Higginbotham at 604 Madison (the prosecutor reported there are complications but the matter remains ongoing) and a Notice and Order to Correct to Adcox at 608 Washington (ongoing). Notices of Infraction responses were mailed June 16, 2026 for Deloris Hougardy at 608 Garfield and for Dan Rush at 402 Washington.
