The Board approved Craig Freudenrich’s request to create a lot that cannot support a Type I septic system in Ripley Township; the township supervisor supported the application provided Soil & Water criteria are met. The vote was unanimous.

The Morrison County Board of Adjustment voted unanimously Aug. 18 to grant a variance allowing Craig Freudenrich to create and develop a lot in the southeast quarter of Section 12 in Ripley Township that cannot support a Type I septic system.
