Human Resources presented a brief summary of the request-for-proposals process and the council's weighted scoring. "There were 9 proposals received and we, you have are provided with the top 4," the HR presenter stated, then listed scores with GMP Consultants at 88 points, CPS HR Consulting at 82, Strategic Government Resources at 79, and MGT Impact Solutions at 71.
