Attorney Cynthia Billings‑Dunn told the committee that the insurance company handling fiduciary liability coverage requested additional financial reports for each of the plans. She said the committee provided the requested material and was advised a quote would be issued later that day; counsel will advise the chair of the agent’s recommendation and forward any invoice to the Treasurer.
