The Waterford Township Defined Contribution Committee approved its consent agenda at its May 12, 2026 meeting, including the minutes of the Feb. 10, 2026 regular meeting and two vendor invoices. The committee voted to pay AsherKelly legal fees of $2,920.00 and Mariner consulting fees of $10,000.00; Member Seibert moved to approve and Treasurer Steven Thomas seconded the motion, which carried.
